Wyoming Frontier Development (WyoFrontier) began in 2007 after over 35 years of land development and construction in the Midwest. Our typical process is to assess community issues and needs and begin by offering sound solutions and guidance. Where growth is occurring or present solutions are inadequate, we create quality land development and construction projects that meet the determined needs of each community.

acquisition, through design, engineering and approvals. From filing, a project begins excavation and installation of utilities, thus completing the land development phase. At this point we have merchantable lots, which once selected, begin with the individual process of designing homes. We take our buyers through the "selection" process (floorplans, exterior elevations and finishes to interior fixtures, floorings, cabinetry, countertops, etc.). We also provide mortgage guidance from application through closing. Our previous projects have encompassed everything from multi and single family homes to millions of square feet of various commercial and industrial applications.
